This is a set of rules for how you can use or access Made It Legal in acceptable ways.

Welcome to the Made It Legal Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to the Services of Made It Legal, a division of Made It Enterprises Inc., and its Affiliates (“we”, “us”, “our” and other similar terms as the context requires). Capitalized words used in the Acceptable Use Policy that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Master Terms of Service.
The actions that our Customers, Lawyers, employees, contractors, and service providers take can have a big impact on our system as a whole. That’s why anyone using our Services for any purpose must follow this Acceptable Use Policy unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. If you violate this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or take other appropriate legal actions. Our failure or delay in taking such actions is not a waiver of our rights to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy or any of our other terms and conditions.
What You Must Not Do
You agree to not, and will not permit your Authorized Users, employees, officers, directors, Affiliates, contractors, agents, or other representatives or any third-party (as applicable) to, directly or indirectly:
Copy or attempt to copy, alter, modify, adapt, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, publish or republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Services or the software or code contained within the Services in any form or media or by any means, including by any automated or manual process.
Tamper with the security of the Services, attempt to probe, scan, or test or circumvent the security of the Services, breach the security or authentication measures of the Services without proper authorization, violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion files on the Services or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Services, or willfully render any part of the Services unusable.
Attempt to access an account of a Customer or Authorized User that is not you.
Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or entity.
Share your password or other login credentials.
Actually or attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive or determine or attempt to derive or determine the source code (or the underlying structure, ideas, algorithms, or organization) of the Services, or reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the software contained on the Services.
Sublicense, license, sell, resell, rent, share, loan, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or make the Services available to or for the benefit of any third-party (except as expressly permitted by us) or otherwise use the Services other than in the way intended.
Post content on our Services for any purpose other than for your use of the Service.
Other than in connection with a promotion or discount we offer, take any action intended to avoid our billing thresholds.
Build a product or service using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services, or otherwise copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services, or access or use the Services to build or create a competitive service.
Permit any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services.
Use the Services to store or transmit any virus, worm, trap door, time bomb, Trojan horse or other harmful or malicious code, file, script, agent, or program designed to permit unauthorized access to, or to erase or otherwise harm software, hardware, systems, or data.
Distribute, facilitate, enable, or allow access or linking to the Services in any manner deemed by us (in our sole discretion) to be objectionable or harmful to our business, name, or reputation.
Import or incorporate any Prohibited Data into our Services.
Remove any watermarks, labels, or other legal or proprietary notices included in the Services.
Use the Services in a manner that violates Intellectual Property Rights, rights under Privacy Laws, or is otherwise unlawful.
Use the Services to send unsolicited Electronic Communications.
Post any Customer Data or use the Services to communicate any content, message, or material that is abusive, defamatory, libellous, harmful to minors or obscene or would otherwise give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any Applicable Laws.
What You Must Do
You agree that you will, and will ensure that your Authorized Users, employees, officers, directors, Affiliates, contractors, agents, or other representatives or any third-party (as applicable) will:
Comply with all Applicable Laws regarding your use of the Services.
Ensure that when you use our Services you do so with a security program in place that complies with Applicable Laws and if you are a Lawyer or service provider working on the Services for us, your security program will use industry best security standards to protect your network and systems (including secure maintenance of login details and passwords).
Protect against unauthorized use and be responsible for your passwords, API keys, and other login or access credentials.
In the event of any unauthorized access to or use of the Services, promptly notify us.
Be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining your network connections and telecommunications links from your systems to our network and mitigate all problems, conditions, delays, delivery failures and all other loss or damage arising from or relating to your network connections or telecommunications links.
